Well, I've been coming here for over a year, and I was referred to Doctor Gibbs by my dentist because I needed a full mouth replacement. 

[We transition to Pam, the woman seen in the previous shot, sitting in front of a sunny window conducting an interview. A graphic at the bottom of the screen identifies her as PAM RENEE TESHERA, Patient]

(Pam)
I had to have all my teeth pulled and had implants put in.

I felt very used and very safe with what they were going to do. And everybody in the office was just really nice. And every time we had a fear, they would like address it. I had a lot of fears.

To me, I was just I was quite shocked that there was just no pain, and I didn't feel any pain during the surgery. None whatsoever.

I just felt safe when I came here. They explained everything. The other places that I went. Spend about 15 minutes with me and then asked me for cash. For money for the surgery. 
And that just didn't happen here at all.
